Conference to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 7th Plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee.

On the afternoon of August 10th, the Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1 organized a conference to study, thoroughly grasp, and implement the Resolution of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Committee of the Party for all cadres, party members, and employees of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. The speaker at the conference was Mr. Tran Duc Tiep – Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. He clearly stated the meaning and importance of the study and thorough understanding of the Resolution of the 7th Central Conference, 12th term; emphasizing that the conference helps cadres, party members, and employees firmly grasp the guiding viewpoints, basic contents, and new contents in the Resolutions of the 7th Central Conference, 12th term. At the conference, all cadres, party members, and employees of the school were introduced to an overview of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Committee of the Party and 3 important resolutions passed at the Conference, including: Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW on "Focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige to meet the requirements of the task"; Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW on "Reforming the salary policy for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, and employees in enterprises"; Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on "Reforming the social insurance policy." These Resolutions are the concretization of the key tasks set out by the 12th Party Congress, addressing major and important issues that are both urgent in the short term and fundamental and long-term, having important significance for the sustainable development of the country, and having a great, profound, and direct impact on the lives and thoughts of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and the people. Also at the Conference, Mr. Tran Duc Tiep outlined issues from the Resolution directly related to the operations of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. Notably, some policies have been concretized, including policies related to new cadre work that are stricter, especially in the recruitment, promotion, and rotation of cadres… to streamline the apparatus and improve the operational capacity of the school’s apparatus, meeting the increasingly high requirements in work. Mr. Tran Duc Tiep requested party members to focus on thoroughly grasping the main contents of the three Resolutions. From there, depending on the functions and tasks of each unit, they should soon implement and put the contents of the three Resolutions into practice. After the Conference, Mr. Ta Duy Chung – Standing Member of the Party Committee, proposed that cadres, party members, and employees throughout the school participate in studying and thoroughly understanding the Resolution, write a summary article, clearly stating the knowledge gained, and propose solutions for application in daily work, in the performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks. From there, create a high degree of consensus on awareness, build will, and determination in implementing the Resolutions of the Central Party!
